Review: Lords of Wrath

In Wrath we pick up right where Pain left off. We see growth and development in the relationships of Story and each of her Lords. Despite the growth, there is much push-and-pull. Likewise, for every answer we get, there are at least two more questions!

At this stage, Story has reached a breaking point and she begins to develop her plan for retaliation on each Lord, as well as pressure Ted to come out of hiding. In spite of the hell the guys have put her through, and as much as they probably deserved what they got, I still felt bad for them. My heart still broke for Rath when her revenge was served. Not to mention I stopped breathing in the alleyway.

Kudos to Angel and Sam for their ability to create these complex anti-heroes that you love to hate!

There’s still a lot more to happen before we get a HEA. I’m ready. I think…
