In order to gain his inheritance and solidify his place in the family business, Lazzaro Rosetti is forced to marry in an attempt to tame his wild ways. 
 
Angry at his situation, the cocky AF Laz gets his kicks where he can. Unfortunately for his 18-year-old stepdaughter, Mia Bianchi, his entertainment is usually at her expense.  
 
Treated like an outcast by her mother and extended family, Mia forms an unlikely bond with her new stepfather, despite his initial torment of her. 
 
With no fcuks to give, the couple set about a sordid affair that starts as nothing but chemistry, but quickly morphs into so. much. more.  
 
PSA: For what it’s worth, I loathe cheating in books, but Brutal Intentions will go down as one of my top reads for the year.
