When the evil entity was exorcised from Malik in Wicked Little Sins, it appeared that all had been righted. However, the darkness that shrouds Castle Pointe continues to hover and grow. On the girls’ graduation night, emotions run high and an act of rebellion unleashes a malevolence more menacing than anyone could have predicted.
As more sinister spirits leech into the community and age-old secrets are unraveled, Felix seems to hàtė Hazel more and more. Despite his misgivings, he is simultaneously and inexplicably drawn to her, making him a walking contradiction. Likewise, he seems to sense that she is the lynchpin to saving their town. When he gives in and works with, instead of against, her their mutual hátrėd shifts. This fiery passion makes their push and pull epic and I’m here for it.
“She melts the ice in my bones. Makes me feel things I never knew I could.“
Felix and Hazel’s story is gritty and downright explosive! His reaction to the “revelation” annoyed me, but at the end of the day, I think it was just another reason for him to push her away. They are the definition of an enemies-to-lovers romance and who doesn’t love a hàtė fcuk?!
With a paranormal undercurrent and their passionate pairing, it makes Wicked Little Games a must-read suspense full of twists and eye-popping turns. I don’t know what comes next for this creepy town, but I’m already looking forward to seeing this cast of characters again.
