Review: Homecoming

Returning to New York for answers after 16 years, it’s obvious just how much has transpired, how much Brooklyn has missed.

We are treated to interactions with all the characters we’ve known and loved throughout the Empire High series. Seeing their evolution throughout the series is my favorite.

That said, this installment reminded me why I don’t like Brooklyn. She’s still very much the same character as she was when the series began sixteen years prior - very immature and borderline narcissistic. However, Homecoming also solidified Tanner and Nigel as some of the best, most quirky characters ever.
