My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Twenty six-year old Miller grew up on a commune and is still finding himself after leaving the cultish community.
Having worked at Wrench Kings since moving to Oakcreek, the team has become his family. Yet, he’s missing that romantic connection.
When the feisty audiobook fiend, Delane, offers a skill swap, he can’t possibly say no. Together they navigate his lack of confidence and he supervises her engine repairs, but falling in love wasn’t on their schedule.
Full disclosure: I don’t think femdom is my thing. BUT that’s a ME thing. This book was so well written. I couldn’t possibly love Miller more. He is brave and vulnerable, sweet and strong. Delane exudes next-level confidence, even when she’s not feeling it. Their dynamic was so perfectly matched, a literal yin and yang. Beyond that, I love the entire Wrench Kings family and loved seeing how close they are. The entire series is a favorite.
