Review: The Beauty of Butterflies

The Beauty of Butterflies The Beauty of Butterflies by A.R. Breck
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Nine months after suffering an unspeakable tragedy, 17-year-old Vivianna Finch finds herself in a position she could have never predicted. With hope all but lost, her brother, Alastor, suggests reaching out to his estranged best friend, Hades Gray.

Making her way to Hades at Carnival de Morte, Vivianna finds the traveling show is filled with people much like herself: broken and dejected, but surviving.

As we travel with the carnival, we experience a plethora of emotions. From the palpable pain Vivianna was experiencing in the beginning to the heartening way we felt as she found her footing in a new, albeit unconventional, lifestyle. As various secrets come to light there is fear and anger, shock. Yet I just know all these experiences are going to make Vivianna that much stronger and I can’t wait to watch her transformation!
