Cain and his brother Abel, have been dubbed the Chameleon KiIIer. The infamous serial kiIIer is being hunted by the FBI, including by Margaret Lawson, Quantico instructor.

Kirby Lawson, student and daughter to the lead investigator, unwittingly catches Cain’s attention with her unique eyes.

The definition of opposites attract, Cain and Kirby find more common ground than anyone might’ve expected.
